Former military leader awarded the Governor General’s Medal for humanitarian work. Holds degrees in Architecture, Engineering and Masters in Urban Planning.

30+ years of senior financial management, cost accounting, and manufacturing operations experience. Managed over 1,000 plant manufacturing workers in a factory he designed. Dedicated to Total Quality Management methods and certification. Prior to joining Massive Canada, Mr. Lo helped set up, execute and manage plant operations for Miele in China.

A governance professional and seasoned executive, Charley was a senior public servant with the BC public service in the Crown Agencies and Board Resourcing Office.

DEEP SINGH SANDHU

Deep Singh Sandhu is a businessman and venture capitalist with extensive knowledge in value-added specialty wood products and construction management. Former reservist soldier in the Canadian Armed Forces, with university degrees in Finance and Marketing from the University of Northern British Columbia. 4th generation sawmiller.
