Massive Canada is working on a six-storey residential project, providing as many as 1024 new living units. The B.C. government has supported the plant with $10 million in funding, and it’s easy to see why: mass timber is a relatively fast and cheap way to build compared to concrete and steel, producing more housing, more efficiently.
